本文利用 Nafion-氧化石墨烯复合物和硫堇构建了葡萄糖生物传感器。首先将氧化石墨烯分散在0.2%Nafion溶液中制得 Nafion-氧化石墨烯的复合物,并将其固定在玻碳电极表面,通过静电吸附将带正电荷的硫堇吸附到 Nafion-氧化石墨烯复合膜修饰的玻碳电极表面,然后利用硫堇的氨基和醛基化葡萄糖氧化酶的醛基共价键合作用将葡萄糖氧化酶固定到电极表面。实验表明该传感器响应快、灵敏度高、稳定性好。传感器的灵敏度为7.68μAcm-2( mmol·L-1)-1。
本文利用 Nafion-氧化石墨烯複閤物和硫堇構建瞭葡萄糖生物傳感器。首先將氧化石墨烯分散在0.2%Nafion溶液中製得 Nafion-氧化石墨烯的複閤物,併將其固定在玻碳電極錶麵,通過靜電吸附將帶正電荷的硫堇吸附到 Nafion-氧化石墨烯複閤膜脩飾的玻碳電極錶麵,然後利用硫堇的氨基和醛基化葡萄糖氧化酶的醛基共價鍵閤作用將葡萄糖氧化酶固定到電極錶麵。實驗錶明該傳感器響應快、靈敏度高、穩定性好。傳感器的靈敏度為7.68μAcm-2( mmol·L-1)-1。

A glucose biosensor was constructed based on the nafion,graphene oxide and thionine. First,the graphene oxide composite was prepared by dispersing graphene oxide in nafion solution,and dropped onto the surface of glass carbon electrode to form a stable film. Secondly,the obtained electrode was immersed in thionine solution to absorb the thionine molecules. The thionine was utilized to fabricate glucose biosensor with periodate oxidized glucose oxidase through covalent attachment. The biosensor exhibited fast re-sponse,high sensitivity and good stability. The sensitivity of the biosensor was 7. 68 μAcm-2(mmol·L-1)-1.
