采用酶学分析法,检测饲养条件下三种不同食性鱼类前、中、后肠上皮细胞刷状缘膜( BBM )上蔗糖酶、麦芽糖酶、碱性磷酸酶、γ-谷氨酰转移酶和琥珀酸脱氢酶的活力。结果表明:(1)蔗糖酶和麦芽糖酶活力在三种鱼BBM上的分布表现出一致性,加州鲈( Micropterus salmoides)和草鱼( Ctenopharyngdoon idellus)为前肠>中肠>后肠,湘云鲫( Carassius auratus)为中肠>前肠>后肠,草鱼的蔗糖酶和麦芽糖酶比活力显著性高于湘云鲫和加州鲈(P<0.05);(2)加州鲈和草鱼的γ-谷氨酰转肽酶主要分布在前肠和中肠,而湘云鲫主要分布在中肠和后肠,碱性磷酸酶在三种鱼的肠道中比活力大小均为前肠>中肠>后肠,加州鲈和湘云鲫γ-谷氨酰转肽酶和碱性磷酸酶的比活力显著高于草鱼(P<0.05);(3)加州鲈琥珀酸脱氢酶活力显著高于草鱼和湘云鲫(P<0.05),但湘云鲫和草鱼三肠段之间差异不显著( P>0.05)。
採用酶學分析法,檢測飼養條件下三種不同食性魚類前、中、後腸上皮細胞刷狀緣膜( BBM )上蔗糖酶、麥芽糖酶、堿性燐痠酶、γ-穀氨酰轉移酶和琥珀痠脫氫酶的活力。結果錶明:(1)蔗糖酶和麥芽糖酶活力在三種魚BBM上的分佈錶現齣一緻性,加州鱸( Micropterus salmoides)和草魚( Ctenopharyngdoon idellus)為前腸>中腸>後腸,湘雲鯽( Carassius auratus)為中腸>前腸>後腸,草魚的蔗糖酶和麥芽糖酶比活力顯著性高于湘雲鯽和加州鱸(P<0.05);(2)加州鱸和草魚的γ-穀氨酰轉肽酶主要分佈在前腸和中腸,而湘雲鯽主要分佈在中腸和後腸,堿性燐痠酶在三種魚的腸道中比活力大小均為前腸>中腸>後腸,加州鱸和湘雲鯽γ-穀氨酰轉肽酶和堿性燐痠酶的比活力顯著高于草魚(P<0.05);(3)加州鱸琥珀痠脫氫酶活力顯著高于草魚和湘雲鯽(P<0.05),但湘雲鯽和草魚三腸段之間差異不顯著( P>0.05)。
채용매학분석법,검측사양조건하삼충불동식성어류전、중、후장상피세포쇄상연막( BBM )상자당매、맥아당매、감성린산매、γ-곡안선전이매화호박산탈경매적활력。결과표명:(1)자당매화맥아당매활력재삼충어BBM상적분포표현출일치성,가주로( Micropterus salmoides)화초어( Ctenopharyngdoon idellus)위전장>중장>후장,상운즉( Carassius auratus)위중장>전장>후장,초어적자당매화맥아당매비활력현저성고우상운즉화가주로(P<0.05);(2)가주로화초어적γ-곡안선전태매주요분포재전장화중장,이상운즉주요분포재중장화후장,감성린산매재삼충어적장도중비활력대소균위전장>중장>후장,가주로화상운즉γ-곡안선전태매화감성린산매적비활력현저고우초어(P<0.05);(3)가주로호박산탈경매활력현저고우초어화상운즉(P<0.05),단상운즉화초어삼장단지간차이불현저( P>0.05)。
The activities of five enzymes, sucrase, maltase, alkaline phosphatase, γ-glutamyltranspeptidase (γ-GT) and succinate dehydrogenase of the enterocytes brush border membrane (BBM) of Ctenopharyngodon idellus, Micropterus salmoides and triploid Carassius auratus was investigated by means of enzymes analyses .The results showed that the su-crase and maltase of the intestinal BBM of the foregut were higher than the midgut and the hindgut in the M.salmoides and C.idellus.as for triploidC .auratus, the activity of sucrase and maltase was midgut >foregut>hindgut, in addition, the sucrase and maltase activities of C.idellus were significantly higher than ( P <0.05 ) the triploid C.auratus and the M.salmoides.Theγ-glutamyltranspeptidase (γ-GT) activity of the M.salmoides and the C.idellus were mainly distributied in foregut and midgut , while The γ-glutamyltranspeptidase (γ-GT) activity of the triploid C.auratus was mainly distribu-tied in midgut and hindgut .The alkaline phosphatase activity was found to be the highest in the foregut of all species com -pared to other regions of the intestines .The γ-glutamyltranspeptidase (γ-GT) and alkaline phosphatase activities of the M.salmoides and triploid C.auratus were significantly higher (P<0.05) than the C.idellus.The succinate dehydrogenase activity of the M.salmoides was significantly higher ( P<0.05 ) than the C.idellus and the triploid C.arua tus, while the succinate dehydrogenase activity had no significant different in all regions of the intestines .
