采用组织学技术对红唇薄鳅( Leptobotia rubrilabris)的泌尿系统进行了详细观察,结果表明:红唇薄鳅的头肾极小,属淋巴器官。泌尿系统由中肾、输尿管和膀胱组成。中肾由肾小体和肾小管组成。肾小体有聚集现象且在中肾中段分布最多,肾小球大小(64.00±5.10)μm,属于典型淡水真骨鱼类的中肾单位。肾小管可分为颈段、第一近端小管、第二近端小管、远端小管和集合管。第一、二近端小管上皮为单层柱状上皮,上皮细胞游离面具丰富的刷状缘。远端小管与集合管管腔游离面无刷状缘。输尿管上皮为假复层上皮,粘膜下层甚薄或缺失,肌层由环肌和纵肌组成,两者界限不清。膀胱为输尿管膀胱,粘膜上皮为变移上皮,上皮中有分泌细胞分布。
採用組織學技術對紅脣薄鰍( Leptobotia rubrilabris)的泌尿繫統進行瞭詳細觀察,結果錶明:紅脣薄鰍的頭腎極小,屬淋巴器官。泌尿繫統由中腎、輸尿管和膀胱組成。中腎由腎小體和腎小管組成。腎小體有聚集現象且在中腎中段分佈最多,腎小毬大小(64.00±5.10)μm,屬于典型淡水真骨魚類的中腎單位。腎小管可分為頸段、第一近耑小管、第二近耑小管、遠耑小管和集閤管。第一、二近耑小管上皮為單層柱狀上皮,上皮細胞遊離麵具豐富的刷狀緣。遠耑小管與集閤管管腔遊離麵無刷狀緣。輸尿管上皮為假複層上皮,粘膜下層甚薄或缺失,肌層由環肌和縱肌組成,兩者界限不清。膀胱為輸尿管膀胱,粘膜上皮為變移上皮,上皮中有分泌細胞分佈。

Urinary system of the Leptobotia rubrilabris was observed by histological technique .The results showed that the head kidney of L.rubrilabris was small in size and belonged to the lymphoid organ .The urinary system of L.rubrilabris was consisted of mesonephros , ureter and bladder .The mesonephros includied renal corpuscle and renal tubules .Aggregation of renal corpuscles was observed in renal corpuscles and mostly occured in the middle of mesonephros .The glomerulus was (64.00 ±5.10 )μm in size, which belonged to the typical nephron of freshwater teleosts .The renal tubules was composed of 5 segments: the neck segment , primary and second proximal segment , distal segment and the collecting tube .The epi-thelia of the primary and second proximal segment were simple columner epithelium , and there were abundant brush bor-ders at the free surface of epithelia cells .The free surface of the lumen of distal segment and collecting tube had no brush borders.The epithelia of ureter was pseudostratified epithelium .The tunicae submucosa was too thin to be found .The muscular coat was composed of circular muscle and longitudinal muscle , and the boundaries were not clear .The urinary bladder was of the tubal bladder type , and there were secretory cells in the epithelium of the bladder mucous membrane .
