利用随机扩增多态性DNA( RAPD)技术对云南南湖和响水河两个鲫( Carassius auratus)群体进行了遗传多样性分析,在50条随机引物中筛选出10条多态性较好的引物,通过PCR扩增,10条引物在南湖鲫群体中共检测到82个位点,其中多态性位点69个,平均多态性位点比率为83.56%,平均杂合度为0.2896, Shannon表型多样性指数为0.4320,群体内遗传相似率为0.6437;响水河鲫群体共检测到70个位点,其中多态性位点58个,平均多态位点比率为82.17%,平均杂合度为0.3167, Shannon表型多样性指数为0.4794,群体内遗传相似率为0.7318;两群体间的遗传相似率为0.9009,遗传距离为0.1043。结果表明南湖和响水河鲫群体都具有较高的遗传多样性,但南湖鲫群体稍高于响水河群体,而两群体间的遗传分化并不是很大。

Random amplified polymorphism DNA ( RAPD) was used to determine the genetic diversity of the two Carassius auratus populations in the South Lake and the Xiangshuihe reservoir at Mengzi , Yunnan province , China.Of 50 primers detected by PCR methods , 10 primers denoted highly reproductive and were used for genetic studies .Total 82 RAPD loci were detected in South Lake population , including , 69 polymorphic loci , and the percentage of polymorphism was 83.65%, the average heterozygosity was 0.289 6 , Shannon′s index of phenotypic was 0.432 0 , the genetic similarity ra-tio within the groups was 0.643 7; Total 70 loci were tested in Xiangshuihe population , including , 58 polymorphic loci , and the percentage of polymorphism was 82.17%, the average heterozygosity was 0.316 7 , the Shannon′s index of pheno-typic was 0.4794 , the genetic similarity ratio within the groups was 0.731 8; the genetic similarity ratio between the two groups was 0.900 9 , the genetic distance was 0.104 3 .The results showed that there was a high genetic diversity in the two C.auratus populations through that of the South Lake′s was even higher , and the genetic differentiation between the two populations was little .
