当电磁阻尼器的初级磁场与次级导体板相对运动时,会在导体板中感应出涡流,该涡流与初级磁场相互作用,从而产生制动力,因此也叫涡流制动器。文中提出一种混合励磁直线电磁阻尼器结构方案,介绍了其基本结构及工作原理,利用磁路法与麦克斯韦方程相结合的方法建立了混合励磁直线电磁阻尼器的解析模型,推导了制动力与涡流损耗的表达式,然后根据有限元法分析了混合励磁直线电磁阻尼器的制动力特性及其与主要参数之间的关系。最后研制了样机,并对样机进行了实验研究。

When the primary magnetic field and the secondary conductor of electromagnetic dampers has a relative motion, the eddy currents will appear in the conductor and the braking force will be produced by the interaction of the eddy currents and the primary magnetic field, therefore it will be called eddy current brake. A hybrid excitation linear electromagnetic damper was presented in this paper. The structure and the working principle were introduced. The analytical model of the hybrid excitation linear electromagnetic damper and the expressions of the braking force and the eddy current loss were provided by using the magnetic circuit method and Maxwell equation. Besides, the braking force characteristics and the relationship among the design parameters of the hybrid excitation linear electromagnetic damper were analyzed using the finite elements method. Finally a prototype has been made and tested.
