研究不同温度对斑鳜( Siniperca scherzeri)胚胎发育的影响。结果表明:在18~28℃温度范围内,斑鳜胚胎均能孵化出膜;随温度升高,胚胎发育达囊胚期、原肠期和出膜期的时间均相对缩短,温度对囊胚期前的发育进程影响较小,胚胎发育至囊胚期后,温度升高胚胎发育进程明显加快;孵化时间随温度的升高而缩短,孵化时间T与温度x呈极显著的负相关关系, T=306738 x-2.463, R2=0.9966( P<0.01);在18~26℃温度范围内,胚胎发育到原肠中期的死亡率较低,孵化率较高,且组间差异不显著( P<0.05),温度达28℃时,胚胎发育到原肠中期的死亡率极显著上升,孵化率下降极显著(P<0.01),孵化率y与温度x之间存在极显著的二次曲线相关关系,y=-1.0321 x2+44.107 x-379.99,R2=0.9174( P<0.01)。斑鳜受精卵孵化的最适温度范围为20~26℃。

The effects of temperature on the embryonic development of Siniperca scherzeri were investigated in this study . The results showed that the embryo could be hatched at the range of 18~28℃, and with the increase of temperature , the periods of embryonic development reaching blastula , gastrula and hatching stage were relatively shorter .Temperature had little effects on the development before blastocyst stage .After embryos developped into blastocyst stage , elevated tempera-ture significantly speed up the process .Incubation time shortened with the increase of temperature .There was a very sig-nificant negative correlation between incubation time ( T) and temperature ( x) , and the equation was T=306738 x-2.463 , R2 =0.9966 ( P<0.01 ) .The mortality rates were lower and the hatching rates were higher when embryonic developped in -to the mid gastrula stage at the range of 18~26 ℃, and the difference between groups was not significant ( P<0.05 ) . When the temperature reached 28 ℃, the mortality rate of the mid gastrula stage increased very significantly , and the hatching rate decreased significantly ( P<0.01 ) .There was a significant square curve correlation between hatching rate (y) and temperature(x), and the equation was y=-1.0321x2 +44.107x-379.99, R2 =0.9174(P<0.01).The op-timal temperature range for the hatching of fertilized eggs was 20~26 ℃.
