通过对稀有鲫( Gobiocypris rarus)进行单次电刺激和连续电刺激,探讨了电刺激对稀有鲫精子寿命的影响。结果显示:稀有鲫精子寿命具有日节律现象;单次电刺激能显著提高精子寿命,且3h后达到峰值;隔天一次的连续电刺激也能显著提高精子寿命。

To study the effect of electrical stimulation on sperm lifespan in G.rarus, single electrical stimulation and con-tinuous electrical stimulation to G.rarus were carried out .The results showed that sperm lifespan of G.rarus had circadian rhythm.Furthermore , the sperm lifespan of G.rarus was significantly improved after a single electrical stimulation , and reached the peak three hours later .Continuous electrical stimulation of every other day can also improve sperm lifespan in G.rarus distinctly.
