采用概率单位法研究了盐、碱对黄鳝( Monopterus albus)的急性毒性作用,采用相加指数法研究了盐碱联合作用对黄鳝的影响,并且研究了驯化黄鳝对盐度的耐受性。结果表明:盐度对黄鳝((11.82±1.51) g/尾)24 h、48 h、72 h、96 h的半致死浓度( LC50)分别为17.63 g/L、16.29 g/L、15.62 g/L、15.46 g/L,其安全浓度是4.17 g/L;个体大的黄鳝24 h、48 h、72 h、96 h半致死盐度比个体小的黄鳝对应值高。碱度对黄鳝((11.59±1.43) g/尾)24 h、48 h、72 h、96 h的半致死浓度分别为9.17 g/L、9.98 g/L、7.07 g/L、6.38 g/L,其安全浓度是1.92 g/L。盐碱在1∶1质量浓度混合后,对黄鳝的作用效果在不同时间段均表现为一定的拮抗作用,其安全浓度是3.48 g/L。经过梯度驯化后,黄鳝耐盐能力有所提高。利用盐碱地和咸水进行黄鳝养殖有较好的发展前景。

The acute toxicity of salinity and alkalinity on ricefield eels was studied by the probit method , and combined effects of salinity and alkalinity was investigated by the additive index method , and furthermore the tolerance to salinity ac-climation of Monopterus albus was studied.The results were showed: 24 h, 48 h, 72 h and 96 h half lethal concentration ( LC50 ) of salinity was 17.63 g/L, 16.29 g/L, 15.62 g/L, 15.46 g/L respectively , and safe concentration was 4.32 g/L when eel weight was (11.82 ±1.51 ) g; 24 h, 48 h, 72 h, 96 h LC50 of salinity of large eel were higher than corre-sponding values of small eel 24 h, 48 h, 72 h and 96 h LC50 of alkalinity was 9.17 g/L, 9.98 g/L, 7.07 g/L, 6.38 g/L respectively, and safe concentration was 1.92 g/L when eel weight was (11.59 ±1.43) g.Effect of salinity and alkalini-ty on ricefield eels in different periods showed a certain antagonism after they were mixed with 1∶1 mass concentration , and the safe concentration was 3.48 g/L.After gradient acclimation , salt tolerance of ricefield eel improved.Therefore , rice-field eel aquaculture had good prospects in sal -alkality soil and salty water.
