随着经济的发展，我国沿海商船通航密度日益增大，而且沿海渔船众多，商船航线与渔船作业区重叠、交叉现象非常严重。这给过往船舶带来极大威胁，稍有不慎或瞭望疏忽，避让动作稍作迟疑或对渔船的异常行动估计不足，就可酿成渔船沉毁渔民伤亡的碰撞事故。本文结合近年来商渔船碰撞案例，分析商渔船碰撞的原因，提出了沿海渔区安全通航的合理化措施。

The enlarging coastal traffic intensity of merchant ships with the fast-paced economic development and the vast amount of fishing ship along the coast causes the serious problem of overlapping or intersection between merchant ship’s routes and fishing ship’s working zones. It poses big threat to the ships because any slight carelessness or negligence in lookout, any delayed collision avoidance, or any insufficient estimation of unusual action from the fishing ships may bring about the collision and the consequent destruction of ships and casualty. This paper investigates causes of collision between merchant ship and fishing ship and gives feasible suggestions for safe navigation in coastal fishing area on a case-study basis.
