目的:采用高效液相梯度洗脱法测定马鬃蛇药酒(MZSYJ)中染料木苷、染料木素、原儿茶酸和没食子酸的含量.方法:Hypersil C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×200 mm,5μm);流速1.0 mL· min-1.染料木苷和染料木素:流动相A为乙腈-甲醇(2∶1),流动相B为0.2%甲酸水溶液,检测波长261 nm.原儿茶酸和没食子酸:流动相A为甲醇,流动相B为0.3%磷酸溶液,检测波长268 nm.结果:染料木苷和染料木素分别在0.010 4 ~0.208 0 μg(r=0.999 3),0.004 8 ~0.096 0 μg(r =0.999 6)进样量与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率分别为97.18%,96.94%,RSD分别为1.52%,1.40%;原儿茶酸和没食子酸分别在0.038 2~0.764 0 μg(r =0.999 1),0.011 6 ~0.232 0 μg(r =0.999 4)进样量与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率分别为95.97%,98.39%,RSD分别为1.10%,1.45%.结论:该方法测定结果准确、灵敏、重复性好.
