以高职《机电设备故障诊断与维修》与《机电设备管理》课程的理实一体化现场授课改革为切入点，从课程的实际特点出发，基于“机电设备维修与设备管理能力同步并重”的理念，提出并阐述了课程系统化融合的思想，设计并实践了新课程的同步学习情景、实施方案及系统过程综合化的考评方式，取得了满意的效果。
