目的:为了缩短测定硫酸庆大霉素注射液含量的时间。方法:我们利用硫酸庆大霉素与葡萄糖结构相似,具备旋光性的特性,采用旋光度测定法测其含量。结果:旋光法测定结果和浓度(2.0~--6.0万u/ml)呈良好的线性关系,而且仅需10~20分钟就能完成测定,操作方便、快速、准确。结论:对生产车间非常适用。

Objective: to shorten the time spended on the measurement of contents of the Gentamycin Sulfate injection. Methods: took advantage of the optical rotation of Gentamycin Sulfate, which have a similar stucture to glucose, and measured the contents of Gentamycin Sulfate Injection by polarimetry. Results: study showed that the measurement results were linearly correlated with the contents, and within only 10-20 minutes, the measurements can be completed. Conclusion: polarimetry is a effective method with easy and fast operation, which is very applicable to industrial production.
