目的：探讨隐匿性阴茎Devine改良术式临床疗效。方法：对80例隐匿性阴茎患儿均用Devine改良术式治疗，并随访5~24个月，观察勃起功能及阴茎长度测量。结果：手术均获得成功，伤口愈合良好，阴茎外观好，勃起功能正常，长度增加明显。结论：Devine术式改良后，操作简单，术中出血少，手术时间缩短，恢复快、效果好。
목적：탐토은닉성음경Devine개량술식림상료효。방법：대80례은닉성음경환인균용Devine개량술식치료，병수방5~24개월，관찰발기공능급음경장도측량。결과：수술균획득성공，상구유합량호，음경외관호，발기공능정상，장도증가명현。결론：Devine술식개량후，조작간단，술중출혈소，수술시간축단，회복쾌、효과호。
Objective:To investigate the diagnostic and therapeutic method of modified conceal penis Devine operation.Method:80 cases of concealed penis in children underwent modified conceal penis Devine operation and were followed up for 5-24months,erectile function and penile length measurement were observed.Result:Operations were successful,the wound healed well,the appearance of penis was good,normal erectile function,length increased significantly. Conclusion:The modified Devine operation was simple operation,less bleeding,shorter operation time,rapid recovery and good effect.
