The implementation of school-enterprise cooperation and promotion of scientific and technological innovation is an important task in higher vocational colleges in China, and it's also the correct way to do a good job in higher vocational colleges. From the characteristics of vocational colleges, and combined with the computer specialty, this article discusses the mode of teaching system of higher vocational colleges"school-enterprise cooperation". The roles of both sides in school-enterprise cooperation are analyzed.
