    With the rapid development of economic construction, the conflicts between people,car and road are becoming increasingly apparent and intense. The efficient management of the road is more and more important. This paper specifies the construction and application scheme for transportation network information system based on WebGIS, and GIS-T for Langfang road network is given as an example.
