目的从21种药用植物醇提物中筛选出体外具有抗乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)活性的药物.方法 60％乙醇回流提取得到药物醇提物,以HepG 22.2.15细胞株为筛选工具,60％乙醇回流提取得到药物醇提物,用四甲基偶氮唑盐检测药物的细胞毒性;以酶联免疫法(ELISA)检测细胞培养上清的乙型肝炎病毒表面抗原(HBsAg)和乙型肝炎病毒e抗原(HBeAg)的滴度.结果田基黄和石花醇提物对乙型肝炎病毒的e抗原分泌有明显的抑制作用且具有剂量相关性,有较强的体外抗乙型肝炎病毒的活性,对乙型肝炎病毒e抗原的分泌抑制率分别为69.06％、67.03％,IC50值分别为14.57μg· ml-1、37.42μg·ml-1.结论田基黄和石花醇提物有较强的体外抗乙型肝炎病毒的活性.

Objective To screen the ethanol extracts with anti-HBV activity drugs from 21 species of Chinese herbal medicine.Methods HepG 22.2.15 cell line was used to screen the ethanol extracts in vitro.The cytotoxicity was detected by MTT assay and the effects on the secretion of HBeAg and HBsAg were examined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.Results The data showed that hypericum japonicum and parmelia saxatilis could suppress the secretion of HBeAg effectively in a dose-dependent manner and their inhibition ratio was 69.06％,67.03％,IC50 values were 14.57μg· ml-1,37.42μg· ml-1,respectively.Conclusions The extracts of parmelia saxatilis and hypericum japonicum showed the anti-HBV effect with low cytotoxicity in vitro.
