目的总结ABO血型不相容的成人间肝脏移植经验，回顾相关文献，探讨相关治疗策略。方法分析2008年1月至2011年6月间在本院接受ABO血型不相容成人肝脏移植的3例患者临床资料，总结ABO血型不相容的成人间肝脏移植经验并进行相关文献复习。结果3例患者术后均在72 h内苏醒，2例患者有不同程度的精神症状，给予奥氮平口服、氟哌啶醇肌肉注射恢复。未见血管及胆管并发症发生。1例患者1年后因肿瘤转移死亡。余2例患者分别随访1年、8个月，生活状况良好。结论在病情危及生命的情况下，ABO血型不相容的肝移植是可行的。
목적총결ABO혈형불상용적성인간간장이식경험，회고상관문헌，탐토상관치료책략。방법분석2008년1월지2011년6월간재본원접수ABO혈형불상용성인간장이식적3례환자림상자료，총결ABO혈형불상용적성인간간장이식경험병진행상관문헌복습。결과3례환자술후균재72 h내소성，2례환자유불동정도적정신증상，급여오담평구복、불고정순기육주사회복。미견혈관급담관병발증발생。1례환자1년후인종류전이사망。여2례환자분별수방1년、8개월，생활상황량호。결론재병정위급생명적정황하，ABO혈형불상용적간이식시가행적。
Objective To summarize clinical efficacies of ABO-incompatible adult liver transplantation, review related literature,and explore correlated treatment strategy. Methods The clinical data of 3 patients undergoing ABO-incompatible adult liver transplantation in our hospital from January 2008 to June 2011 were analyzed to summarize clinical efficacies of ABO-incompatible adult liver transplantation. Results All the patients were recovered in 72 hours. Different extent of psychiatric symptoms occurred in 2 patients and recovered after olanzapine and haloperidol were given. Blood vessel and biliary duct complications had not occurred. One patient died of neoplasm metastasis. The other 2 were followed 1 year and 8 months respectively with good living status. Conclusion In the state of an illness threat to life,the ABO-incompatible adult liver transplantation is a feasible treatment strategy.
