采用水雾化法制备掺杂Bi、Cu元素的AgSn合金粉末,氧化后在不同单位成型压力条件下成型,然后在马弗炉中分别于880、900、920℃下烧结2、4、6 h,考察了单位成型压力、烧结温度和烧结时间对材料致密度和硬度的影响。结果表明,提高单位成型压力和烧结温度、增加烧结时间可以提高材料的致密度和硬度。
採用水霧化法製備摻雜Bi、Cu元素的AgSn閤金粉末,氧化後在不同單位成型壓力條件下成型,然後在馬弗爐中分彆于880、900、920℃下燒結2、4、6 h,攷察瞭單位成型壓力、燒結溫度和燒結時間對材料緻密度和硬度的影響。結果錶明,提高單位成型壓力和燒結溫度、增加燒結時間可以提高材料的緻密度和硬度。

The Bi and Cu doped AgSn alloy powders were prepared by water atomization. The powders were compacted under various unit compacting pressure after oxidation, and then sintered two hours, four hours and six hours respectively at 880 ℃, 900 ℃ and 920 ℃ in muffle furnace. Effects of unit compacting pressure, sintering temperature and sintering time on the density and the hardness of the AgSnO2 composite materials were studied. Results show that the density and the hardness of the materials will be improved with the increase of unit compacting pressure, sintering temperature and sintering time.
