数字图像整体在进行非等比例缩放时，传统的缩放方法会导致图像本身结构发生较大的畸变。对此，本文先采用傅里叶变换找出图像的显著区域，对显著区域进行能量提升处理，并结合图像的特征边缘提取增强的边缘图，进行权值分配；再寻找非重要内容的低能量线，对这些低能量线进行删除或插入操作，可以维持重要内容不发生畸变，同时保持了图像的边缘信息。实验结果表明，本文所提出的方法在对行列进行非等比例缩放时，具有很好的抗畸变性能。

According to the traditional scaling method , the large distortion of the image structure will be produced when carry-ing through the non-proportional scaling.In this regard, the salient region of the image to be processed will firstly be identified by the Fourier transform, and the corresponding energy in the region will be raised .Secondly, the edge map of the image can be ob-tained by the edge feature extraction.Then we assign the different weights in the alien region .Furthermore, the non-critical low-energy line can be found, deleted or inserted to maintain the image structure without distortion .Meantime, the edge features of the image information can also be preserved.Experimental results show that the proposed method holds the good anti -distortion performance in the manipulation of the non -proportional scaling.
