目的:探讨血清β-淀粉样蛋白(Aβ1-42)、血小板聚集功能(PAgT)在阿尔茨海默病(AD)诊疗中的临床意义。方法:采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA )检测26例AD患者和28例健康对照者血清中Aβ1-42蛋白水平,采用比浊法检测其PAgT水平。结果:AD患者Aβ1-42水平为(38.5±12.4) pg/ml明显低于于对照组(56.6±14.2) pg/ml(P<0.01),PAgT水平为为(64.2±13.5)%则明显高于对照组(53.6±7.6)%(P<0.01)。Pearson相关分析显示简易智能状态检查量表(MMSE)评分与PAgT呈明显负相关(r=-0.439,p<0.05)。结论:动态检测AD患者血清Aβ1-42、PAgT水平的变化,在AD临床诊疗中有着重要意义。

목적:탐토혈청β-정분양단백(Aβ1-42)、혈소판취집공능(PAgT)재아이자해묵병(AD)진료중적림상의의。방법:채용쌍항체협심매련면역흡부법(ELISA )검측26례AD환자화28례건강대조자혈청중Aβ1-42단백수평,채용비탁법검측기PAgT수평。결과:AD환자Aβ1-42수평위(38.5±12.4) pg/ml명현저우우대조조(56.6±14.2) pg/ml(P<0.01),PAgT수평위위(64.2±13.5)%칙명현고우대조조(53.6±7.6)%(P<0.01)。Pearson상관분석현시간역지능상태검사량표(MMSE)평분여PAgT정명현부상관(r=-0.439,p<0.05)。결론:동태검측AD환자혈청Aβ1-42、PAgT수평적변화,재AD림상진료중유착중요의의。
Objective:To explore the levels of serum Beta amyloid protein(Aβ1-42)、platelet aggregation test(PAgT) for the diagnosis of patients with Alzheimer’s Disease. Methods:The 28 patients with AD and 26 normal healthy persons were selected. The levels of serum Aβ1-42 were analyzed by enzyme-linked immunoadsordent assay(ELISA) ,The PAgT was measured by turbidimetric method.Results:The AD level of serum Aβ1-42 level (38.5 ±12.4)pg/ml was significantly lower than the normal control group (56.6 ±14.2) pg/ml (P<0.01);The level of PAgT (64.2±13.5)%was significantly higher than the normal control group (53.6±7.6 )%(P<0 .01).The mini-mental state examination(MMSE )scale in AD patients showed a significant negative that in correlation with PAgT (r=-0.439,p<0.05).Conclusions:It was important in the diagnosis and treatment of AD by quantitatively analyzing the change levels of serum Aβ1-42、PAgT.
