使用荧光偏振免疫分析技术分析婴幼儿奶粉中牛乳蛋白β-乳球蛋白水平。通过免疫家兔制备抗β-乳球蛋白的多克隆抗体,合成异硫氰酸荧光素I标记的示踪物,在优化条件下,建立β-乳球蛋白的荧光偏振免疫技术检测方法。方法检测线性范围为0.22mg/L-2.53mg/L,IC50为0.75mg/L,检出限为0.09mg/L。本方法操作简便、快速,适合筛查婴幼儿配方奶粉中β-乳球蛋白。
使用熒光偏振免疫分析技術分析嬰幼兒奶粉中牛乳蛋白β-乳毬蛋白水平。通過免疫傢兔製備抗β-乳毬蛋白的多剋隆抗體,閤成異硫氰痠熒光素I標記的示蹤物,在優化條件下,建立β-乳毬蛋白的熒光偏振免疫技術檢測方法。方法檢測線性範圍為0.22mg/L-2.53mg/L,IC50為0.75mg/L,檢齣限為0.09mg/L。本方法操作簡便、快速,適閤篩查嬰幼兒配方奶粉中β-乳毬蛋白。

A fluorescence polarization immunoassay (FPIA) method was developed for detecting theβ-lactoglobulin in infant formula. Rabbits were immunized to produce polyclonal antibody forβ-lactoglobulin. Tracer was synthesized with FITC fluorescence. On optimal conditions, a calibration curve showed a good linearity in the range of 0.22mg/L-2.53mg/L. The detection limit was 0.09mg/L and IC50 was 0.75mg/L. The method was simple, rapid and suitable for screening the level ofβ-lactoglobulin in infant formula.
