以西气东输二线工程用X80钢管为研究对象，采用STT半自动根焊＋PAW2000全位置自动焊填充、盖面焊接方法，在选择的焊接工艺参数条件下，对X80钢管进行了焊接，并对焊接接头的力学性能进行了研究。结果表明各项性能指标均符合Q/SY GJX 0110-2007标准，选定的焊接工艺完全满足现场自动焊施工的技术要求。此工艺成功用于西气东输二线工程，取得了优良的焊接效果。
이서기동수이선공정용X80강관위연구대상，채용STT반자동근한＋PAW2000전위치자동한전충、개면한접방법，재선택적한접공예삼수조건하，대X80강관진행료한접，병대한접접두적역학성능진행료연구。결과표명각항성능지표균부합Q/SY GJX 0110-2007표준，선정적한접공예완전만족현장자동한시공적기술요구。차공예성공용우서기동수이선공정，취득료우량적한접효과。
Taking X80 pipeline steel used in West to East Gas Pipeline II Project as the research object , the X80 pipeline steel was welded under the selected welding parameters , and the mechanical properties of the joint were tested using STT root welding and filling covered surface conducted by PAW 2000 welding machine .The results of test show that the welding performance for use of X80 pipeline steel is very good, and each performance index can meet Q/SY GJX 0110-2007.It has been successfully used in west to east gas pipeline II project and has got good welding quality .
