进气道阻力的大小直接影响舰船动力装置的工作性能。对某型船舶的进气道进行流场数值计算;建立进气道流场离散模型,利用计算流体动力学(CFD)软件FLUENT求解描述进气道流场的Navier-Stokes方程组,并对其进行变工况及结构优化分析。结果表明:随着竖直隔板开口距离的增大,阻力系数逐渐减少;通过加装水平整流板可以减少局部阻力系数并最终降低整个进气道阻力损失;与原设计结构相比,优化后阻力系数下降达8%以上;进气道阻力特性受进气温度影响也不可忽略,当进口温度由15℃升高至40℃时,原模型进气道阻力系数增加8.5%。

The air intake system resistance directly influences the performance of ships' power system. To investigate the issue,this paper establishes a discrete numerical model regarding the flow field of a ship air intake system. Specifically,the Navier-Stokes equation is first solved using FLUENT,and the results under different working conditions are then discussed. It is observed that as the vertical hatch distance in-creases,the resistance coefficient drops. By adding a commutating board,the local resistance coefficient as well as the total resistance coefficient are lowered by 8% compared to the original design. Furthermore, the effects the inlet temperature on resistance coefficient are seen to be vital:when the inlet temperature is increased from 15℃to 40℃,the resistance coefficient decreases by 8.5%.
