潜器的外形对于其总体性能非常重要,而传统的外形设计方法难以满足优化设计的需要。通过对潜器外形特点的分析,建立其外形几何表达式,并以排水量和浮心纵向位置建立约束方程。该数学模型生成的外形方案可以满足性能要求,减少设计过程中的重复,同时还解决了优化所需的方案集的难题。通过建立优化代理机制,可减少数值模拟计算次数;拟合函数的极值求取,又可为优化指明方向;最后,可采用计算流体动力学(CFD)数值模拟对优化的结果进行验证。

The shape design of underwater vehicles is of vital importance to their general performance,yet the traditional design approach often fails to meet the optimization requirements. Aiming at the problem, this paper first analyzes the geometrical characteristics of underwater vehicles and developes the constraint equations based on the corresponding displacement and longitudinal center of buoyancy. The general math-ematical model of the vehicle geometry is next established. This model not only satisfies the performance re-quirement,reduces the work load,but also provides a solution set for the optimization design. Then,a proxying scheme is employed to obtain the extreme values of the function,which largely reduces the itera-tion steps and promotes the optimization process. Finally,the optimization results are validated with CFD.
