通过系统试验,研究了DMC-甲醇汽油互溶性影响因素。结果表明:甲醇汽油中加入DMC可以增强互溶性能,降低相分离温度,φ(DMC)每提高1个百分点,可以使相分离温度降低约3℃;水含量对甲醇汽油的相分离温度影响很大,当配制M15甲醇汽油所用的甲醇原料中的w(H2O)达到0.5%时,只有φ(DMC)不小于3.8%,才可保证其相分离温度低于-40℃。
通過繫統試驗,研究瞭DMC-甲醇汽油互溶性影響因素。結果錶明:甲醇汽油中加入DMC可以增彊互溶性能,降低相分離溫度,φ(DMC)每提高1箇百分點,可以使相分離溫度降低約3℃;水含量對甲醇汽油的相分離溫度影響很大,噹配製M15甲醇汽油所用的甲醇原料中的w(H2O)達到0.5%時,隻有φ(DMC)不小于3.8%,纔可保證其相分離溫度低于-40℃。

The factors influencing the miscibility of DMC-methanol-gasoline blends were studied experimentally. The results showed that adding DMC (dimethyl carbonate) to a methanol-gasoline blend could improve the miscibility and reduce the phase separation temperature about 3℃ for every percentage point increase in DMC volume; water content seriously affected the phase separation temperature of the methanol-gasoline blend, when the M15 methanol gasoline was made from the methanol containing a mass fraction of water of 0.5%, it required that the volume fraction of DMC in it was not below 3.8% to ensure the phase separation temperature below-40℃.
