根据无刷直流电机理论和阀门工业对控制电机的大力矩的要求,以 ARM LM3S8962微控制器为核心,IPM智能功率模块FSAM20SH60A为驱动电路,设计了嵌入式无刷直流电机控制器。针对阀门执行器的精确定位及柔性启停问题进行了软件设计。实验表明,该控制器实现了在较大力矩下阀门的正常启停控制,稳定性好。

Based on brushless DC motor(BLDC)theory and high torque requirements for valve industry,an embedded BLDC motor controller was designed,which uses ARM LM3S8962 microcontroller as core and intelligent power module FSAM20SH60A as driver. To guarantee fast and accurate positioning and soft start-off of valves,implementaction software was designed. Experiments show that this controller can realize the normal start and stop control of valves control under lar-ger torque,and the stability of the controller is good.
