由于军队性质和任务的特殊性，部队官兵长期处于人群集中、环境危险、事件突发的情况。以往的培养模式常导致学生重理论、轻实际，在实际工作中表现出现场调查和处理能力不足。因此，加强现场实践教学，是提高学习兴趣、改善知识结构，提高观察、分析和应急处置能力，强化预防意识，避免大面积皮肤病爆发，培养创新精神的手段，对部队防疫军医的培养具有重要意义。

As a special group with high population density, army is usually asked to perform various emergent tasks and special missions, which need response to various risk factors in dangerous environment. Students cultured with normal model often think highly of theory but look down on practice, consequently the graduated young professional usually lack the capacity of either investigation or management, especially in case of emergency. Strengthen the ifeld practice teaching may improve their learning interest and knowledge structure effectively, enhance their ability of survey, analysis and emergency disposal, strengthen their consciousness of preventing break out and spread of dermatoses in large scale, as well as develop their spirit of innovation, therefor strengthen the ifeld practice teaching has important signiifcance for personnel training of military preventive medicine ofifcers.
