采用超音速火焰喷涂在316L基体上制备了WC-12Co涂层,并对熔融锌液对涂层的腐蚀机理进行了分析.研究结果表明:所制备的 WC-12Co 涂层均匀致密、孔隙率低于1%,平均硬度超过1300 HV0.3;WC-12Co涂层具有良好的耐熔融锌液腐蚀性能;在残余应力及热应力作用下,涂层会产生裂纹,熔融锌液沿着涂层裂纹渗透并腐蚀基体,导致涂层从基体剥离失效.

WC-12Co coating was prepared by HVOF on 316L substrate and its corrosion mechanism in mol-ten zinc was investigated .The results showed that the WC-12Co coating was uniform and dense with the porosity less than 1% ,and the coating has good corrosion resistance to molten zinc with the average micro hardness exceeded 1300 HV0 .3 .The crack occured due to the residual stress and thermal stress in the coat-ings ,the molten zinc corroded the substrate by penetrating the crack ,resulting in the coating peeling off from the substrate .
