由于炉头梁结构材质设计选用不合理、工艺操作影响、现场设备冲击等,导致热连轧加热炉炉头梁耐材坍塌,采用改进炉头梁的结构和材质、专门设计锚固件等措施进行改造。改造后,炉头梁结构稳定,故障率为0,使用寿命长,点检、检修与维护方便,提高了加热炉适应“避峰生产”、“间断生产”的能力。
由于爐頭樑結構材質設計選用不閤理、工藝操作影響、現場設備遲擊等,導緻熱連軋加熱爐爐頭樑耐材坍塌,採用改進爐頭樑的結構和材質、專門設計錨固件等措施進行改造。改造後,爐頭樑結構穩定,故障率為0,使用壽命長,點檢、檢脩與維護方便,提高瞭加熱爐適應“避峰生產”、“間斷生產”的能力。
유우로두량결구재질설계선용불합리、공예조작영향、현장설비충격등,도치열련알가열로로두량내재담탑,채용개진로두량적결구화재질、전문설계묘고건등조시진행개조。개조후,로두량결구은정,고장솔위0,사용수명장,점검、검수여유호방편,제고료가열로괄응“피봉생산”、“간단생산”적능력。
Due to unreasonable structure and material of furnace head beam, influenced by process operation and equipment shock, etc, the refractory collapse occurred in heating furnace head beam. Through adopting some measures included improving structure and material of furnace head beam, specially designing anchor, etc, the structure of furnace head beam is stable, the failure rate is zero, the service life of furnace head beam is prolonged, spot inspection, repair and maintenance are convenient, the adaptability of“peak averting production”and“batch production”of heating furnace is increased.
