参照电弧炉倾动设计的理论计算方法,确定了铁水倾翻车倾翻时倾动部件的位置与倾角的关系,并利用虚拟样机仿真技术对计算结果进行校验,结果表明:电弧炉倾动设计的计算方法同样适用于铁水倾翻车倾动时位置关系的确定,且计算结果为铁水倾翻车倾动机构的设计与制造提供了参考价值。
參照電弧爐傾動設計的理論計算方法,確定瞭鐵水傾翻車傾翻時傾動部件的位置與傾角的關繫,併利用虛擬樣機倣真技術對計算結果進行校驗,結果錶明:電弧爐傾動設計的計算方法同樣適用于鐵水傾翻車傾動時位置關繫的確定,且計算結果為鐵水傾翻車傾動機構的設計與製造提供瞭參攷價值。

With reference to the theoretical calculation method of tilting design of electric arc furnace, using this method determines the relation between the tilting part and dip angle of tilting wagon during tilting and using the virtual prototype simulation technology checks the calculation results. The results showed that the theoretical calculation method of the tilting design for electric arc furnace is also suitable for determining the position of the tilting wagon when tilting, which provides practical reference value for design and manufacture of the tilting mechanism.
