鲁南矿业采用掏槽法深孔爆破技术切割天井,通过调整校核钻机方位和倾角,保证钻孔偏斜率≯0.5%。结合矿石特性,计算炮孔布置参数、装药量、孔间距并确定合理的起爆顺序。通过精心设计和施工,爆破效果良好,超挖、欠挖很少,与普通法相比,深孔爆破法降低掘进成本280元/m3,减少工期1.5 d,且极大地改善了作业环境。

Lunan mining adopted deep-hole cutting blasting technology for cutting raiserockhole. By adjusting and checking the position and dip of the drilling machine, the deflection rate of the hole being not large than 0.5%was ensured. Combined with the ore characteristics, the layout parameter and charge weight of the blasthole and hole spacing were calculated and the priming network and sequence were confirmed. Through carefully designing and constructing, the blasting effect is good and the overbreak or underbreak is little. Compared with the common method, the deep-hole blasting method decreased driving cost by 280 Yuan/m3, reduced the construction period of 1.5 d and greatly improved the working environment.
