目的：总结3例腘窝部腓总神经内囊肿患者的诊治过程，并对该病进行相关的文献复习，为该病的临床诊治提供一定的临床经验。方法：2011年8月～2012年3月，采用囊肿切开引流术治疗腘窝部腓总神经内囊肿3例，其中结扎、切除含囊肿腓总神经关节支2例。结果：手术均顺利。术后随访9～15个月，平均11．3月。3例患者术后4～10 d腘窝部胀痛症状均消失，术后3个月第1、2趾间刺痛感消失。足背伸肌力恢复至4级者2例，恢复至3级者1例。患者均无囊肿复发表现。结论：腘窝部腓总神经内囊肿十分罕见。对于临床诊断明确的患者，目前多行手术切开神经外膜引流，同时随访囊肿复发情况及神经功能恢复情况。
목적：총결3례객와부비총신경내낭종환자적진치과정，병대해병진행상관적문헌복습，위해병적림상진치제공일정적림상경험。방법：2011년8월～2012년3월，채용낭종절개인류술치료객와부비총신경내낭종3례，기중결찰、절제함낭종비총신경관절지2례。결과：수술균순리。술후수방9～15개월，평균11．3월。3례환자술후4～10 d객와부창통증상균소실，술후3개월제1、2지간자통감소실。족배신기력회복지4급자2례，회복지3급자1례。환자균무낭종복발표현。결론：객와부비총신경내낭종십분한견。대우림상진단명학적환자，목전다행수술절개신경외막인류，동시수방낭종복발정황급신경공능회복정황。
Objective:We presented our experience on the diagnosis and treatment of common peroneal nerve intraneural ganglion cyst at knee joint in three cases and relevant literatures were reviewed .Methods:From 2011-2012, 3 patients who were affected with common peroneal nerve intraneural ganglion cyst at knee joint accepted surgery in our department .Intraneural ganglion cysts were found within the common peroneal nerve .Cyst decompression was done in three cases .Two of them were found intraneural ganglion cyst underlying distal descent into the terminal braches of common peroneal nerve and these branches were ligated .Results:After 9 -15 months ( mean:11.3 months) follow-up, The symptoms of numbness and pain were recovered in three months .The muscle power of anterior Tibialis muscle was improved to 4 degree in 2 cases and 3 degree in the third case .There were no sign of intraneural ganglion cyst recurrence observed .Conclusions:Intraneural ganglion cyst involved common perone-al nerve at knee joint is rare .For patients who have clearly clinical diagnosis , surgical decompress is an effective treatment.
