该文针对三刺激值配色存在的不足,结合专色印刷的特点,提出了一种基于粒子群优化的专色油墨配色算法,用于解决算法中求解配方时矩阵运算存在的问题。为验证所提算法,实验通过随机选取已知配方的4组标准样品,与算法计算结果进行比较,结果表明:所有计算的配方经打样后得到的样品与标准之间的色差均控制在5以内,满足印刷行业标准要求。

In this paper , a spot color matching algorithm based on particle swarm optimization ( PSO) is pre-sented.According to the characteristics of spot color printing , the interpolating method for obtaining the unit K/S value is modified based on cubic spline .Since the PSO algorithm could ensure a good rate of convergence without premature convergence to a local optimum , when solving the formula in color matching , it is proposed to settle the constraint optimization problem in matrix operation .To evaluate the performance of the proposed approach , five different colors have been selected as standard samples , and the color difference between stand-ard samples and the results obtained from presented algorithm is within the prescribed limit .
