目的:寻求替代甲苯用于24小时尿液化学成分定量标本的防腐剂。方法:用尼泊金乙酯和甲苯同时对尿液标本防腐后,定量测定尿液蛋白质、葡萄糖、尿素、肌酐。结果:使用不同防腐剂防腐后尿液中蛋白质、尿素、肌酐测定结果差别无显著意义(P>0.05);使用尼泊金乙酯防腐后测得尿液葡萄糖浓度大于使用甲苯防腐后的测定值(P<0.001),且菌落计数明显少于使用甲苯防腐后的细菌数(P<0.001)。结论:尼泊金乙酯用于尿液标本的防腐具有防腐效果好、无毒性、不易挥发等优越性。

목적:심구체대갑분용우24소시뇨액화학성분정량표본적방부제。방법:용니박금을지화갑분동시대뇨액표본방부후,정량측정뇨액단백질、포도당、뇨소、기항。결과:사용불동방부제방부후뇨액중단백질、뇨소、기항측정결과차별무현저의의(P>0.05);사용니박금을지방부후측득뇨액포도당농도대우사용갑분방부후적측정치(P<0.001),차균락계수명현소우사용갑분방부후적세균수(P<0.001)。결론:니박금을지용우뇨액표본적방부구유방부효과호、무독성、불역휘발등우월성。
Objective:To seek preservative which instead of toluene for 24-hour urine chemical composition quantitative samples. Methods:Both ethylparaben and toluene were used for preventing urine specimens corrosion, quantitative determination of urinary protein, glucose, urea and creatinine.Results:After using different preservatives, urinary protein, urea and creatinine determination results have no significant difference(P > 0.05);After using ethylparaben as preservative, measured urine glucose concentration were higher than using toluene as preservative(P<0.001), bacteria colony count was less than the use of toluene(P<0.001).Conclusions:Ethylparaben preservative for urine specimens have good anti-corrosion effect, non-toxic, less volatile and other advantages.
