网络计划技术已广泛地应用于各项管理领域，成为较常用的科学管理方法之一，各个节点的时间参数及关键路线的确定十分重要，关键路径的确定一般是转化为最短路径，然后利用Floyd算法求解。该文应用网络图的矩阵表示法求解节点的时间参数和关键路径，最后通过MAT-LAB语言实现算法，并建立了网络优化的数学模型。

The network-based planning techniques already widely applied in each management do-main, became one of commonly used scientific management methods ,each node time parameter and the critical path determination is extremely important .The essential way determination is generally transforms as the most short-path, then solves, using the Floyd algorithm.This article applies the network chart the matrix method of portrayal solution node time parameter and the essential way , finally realizes the algo-rithm through the MATLAB language .The article has also established the mathematical model which the network optimizes .
