目的:探讨Laptop Stryker 手术导航仪辅助下人工全膝关节置换手术的临床效果。方法:9例入组患者男4例5膝,女5例5膝,采用计算机导航下经股内侧肌入路人工全膝关节置换术。观察切口大小、术后引流量、手术时间、VAS评分,影像学观察恢复情况。结果:9例患者10膝切口长度(10.7±2.1) cm,手术时间(100.4±10.3)min(不含预注册时间),24 h 引流量(200.7±101.9) ml, VAS 评分5.2分。结论:计算机导航辅助下微创人工全膝关节置换具有切口小、不干扰股骨髓腔、出血少、下肢功能恢复快等优点,同时能够恢复下肢的机械轴线,假体位置安装正确,使操作具有高的准确性和可重复性。

목적:탐토Laptop Stryker 수술도항의보조하인공전슬관절치환수술적림상효과。방법:9례입조환자남4례5슬,녀5례5슬,채용계산궤도항하경고내측기입로인공전슬관절치환술。관찰절구대소、술후인류량、수술시간、VAS평분,영상학관찰회복정황。결과:9례환자10슬절구장도(10.7±2.1) cm,수술시간(100.4±10.3)min(불함예주책시간),24 h 인류량(200.7±101.9) ml, VAS 평분5.2분。결론:계산궤도항보조하미창인공전슬관절치환구유절구소、불간우고골수강、출혈소、하지공능회복쾌등우점,동시능구회복하지적궤계축선,가체위치안장정학,사조작구유고적준학성화가중복성。
Objective: To discuss the preliminary clinical results of total knee replacement with minimally invasive surgery assisted by computer navigation. Methods: 9 patients (10 knees) were operated with navigation assisted total knee replacement through minimally invasive midvastus approach and the incision length, postoperative drainage, operation time,VAS scores, and image restoration were observed. Results: The average incision length of nine patients were(10.7 ± 2.1)cm;the operation time were(100.4 ± 10.3)min; the postoperative drainage in first 24 hours were (200.7 ± 101.9) ml; VAS Scores were 5.2. Conclusion: Computer navigation assisted minimally invasive total knee replacement promises smaller incision, no femoral medullar disturbance, reduced blood loss, quick recovery of lower extremity function,right component position as well as improvement of the overall post-operatively alignment with high accuracy and repeatability.
