目的：观察肱骨近端锁定钢板治疗肱骨近端骨折的临床疗效。方法：肱骨近端骨折33例患者根据Neer分型：二部分骨折10例，三部分骨折15例，四部分骨折8例，均使用国产肱骨近端锁定钢板治疗。结果：平均随访14个月(6~20个月)，骨折均骨性愈合，平均愈合时间3.9个月（3~5个月），按Neer评分标准评定疗效，33例中优16例，良11例，可4例，差2例，优良率81.8%。结论：肱骨近端锁定钢板是治疗肱骨近端骨折的理想选择，只要精细操作，术后适度功能锻炼，可获得满意疗效。
목적：관찰굉골근단쇄정강판치료굉골근단골절적림상료효。방법：굉골근단골절33례환자근거Neer분형：이부분골절10례，삼부분골절15례，사부분골절8례，균사용국산굉골근단쇄정강판치료。결과：평균수방14개월(6~20개월)，골절균골성유합，평균유합시간3.9개월（3~5개월），안Neer평분표준평정료효，33례중우16례，량11례，가4례，차2례，우량솔81.8%。결론：굉골근단쇄정강판시치료굉골근단골절적이상선택，지요정세조작，술후괄도공능단련，가획득만의료효。
Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect of locking proximal humerus plate on proximal humeral fracture. Methods: A total of 33 cases of proximal humeral fracture according to the Neer classification,including two-part fracture 10 cases, three-part fracture 15 cases and four-part fracture 8 cases were treated with the locking proximal humerus plate. Results: All thirty-three patients were followed up for 6 ~ 20 months (average 14 months),and all fractures had bony union. The average osseous healing time was 3.9 months . According to the Neer numerical rating system:excellent in 16 cases;good in 11 cases;fair in 4 cases;poor in 2 cases .The excellent rate was 81.8%. Conclusion: With appropriate surgical technique, satisfactory results can be expected for the displaced proximal humeral fractures treated with locking proximal humeral plate.
