为筛选卵黄抗体的优良佐剂,以3株猪源致病性大肠杆菌(ETEC)菌毛蛋白为模式抗原,分别与6种佐剂制备多价菌毛蛋白疫苗,免疫海兰褐壳蛋鸡。结果显示,3次免疫后,所有试验组蛋鸡产蛋率均有不同程度下降,但 SPA、ISCOMs、弗氏佐剂、蜂胶佐剂组的产蛋率下降程度较为轻微;对鸡体血清抗体和制备获得的卵黄抗体的效价检测结果均显示:SPA和ISCOMs组虽较SPB、SPC、弗氏佐剂组抗体水平略低,但持久度较好,且通过对蛋鸡外观形态和注射部位组织变化情况的观察显示,两者不会刺激鸡体热反应或炎症反应,无任何表观副作用。因此,更适合作为蛋鸡制备猪源ETEC卵黄抗体的优良佐剂。
為篩選卵黃抗體的優良佐劑,以3株豬源緻病性大腸桿菌(ETEC)菌毛蛋白為模式抗原,分彆與6種佐劑製備多價菌毛蛋白疫苗,免疫海蘭褐殼蛋鷄。結果顯示,3次免疫後,所有試驗組蛋鷄產蛋率均有不同程度下降,但 SPA、ISCOMs、弗氏佐劑、蜂膠佐劑組的產蛋率下降程度較為輕微;對鷄體血清抗體和製備穫得的卵黃抗體的效價檢測結果均顯示:SPA和ISCOMs組雖較SPB、SPC、弗氏佐劑組抗體水平略低,但持久度較好,且通過對蛋鷄外觀形態和註射部位組織變化情況的觀察顯示,兩者不會刺激鷄體熱反應或炎癥反應,無任何錶觀副作用。因此,更適閤作為蛋鷄製備豬源ETEC卵黃抗體的優良佐劑。

immunologic adjuvants were mixed with ETEC(K88,K99,and 987P)model antigens and used to stimulate Hy-line Variety Brown hen to produce egg yolk antibodies. The results showed that the egg productions of Group SPA,ISCOMs,FA (Freund’s adju-vant),and Propolis dreased lower than the other groups. And Group SPA and ISCOMs did not show any heating reaction or inflamma-tion after the injection immunity although the tilers of serum and egg yolk antibodies of them were slightly lower than Group SPB,SPC and FA. Thus we came to a conclusion that Group SPA and ISCOMs were better to be developed as potential adjuvats for egg yolk an-tibodies production.
