数值研究锥段角度与高度及膜片厚度这3个典型结构特征对顶部凹陷锥柱形膜片翻转行为的影响,得出膜片在不同情况下的翻转效率及屈曲与后屈曲状态。分析结果表明:膜片屈曲载荷随锥段角度与高度的增加而呈线性化减小趋势,随膜片厚度增加呈指数化增长趋势;膜片翻转效率随锥段角度与膜片厚度增加而增加,随锥段高度增加而显著降低;膜片后屈曲阶段均出现平台效应,翻转比较稳定,仅锥段高度大于80 mm时波动显著;大锥段高度膜片翻转过程中易出现折叠、坍塌等严重失效情况。

The effects of angle and height of cone section and thickness of diaphragms on expulsion behavior of spherical-cone-dished diaphragms was studied by Finite Element Method (FEM), and the expulsion efficiency, buckling and post-buckling equilibrium configurations of diaphragms in different structure characteristics were shown in the paper. Numerical results indicated that buckling loads of diaphragms decreased with angle and height of cone section increasing, while increased with thickness of diaphragms increasing;expulsion efficiency increased with angle of cone section and thickness of diaphragms increasing, while markedly decreased with height of cone section increasing;platform effect occured in the post-buckling stage and expulsion process of diaphragms was stable, expect the situation that height of cone section is larger than 80mm;folding and collapse problems occurred easily during the expulsion process of high cone section.
