针对电控柴油机SCR系统的故障诊断功能,研究了诊断机理,分析了监测参数,并选其特征值进行分类处理。以VisualC++6.0可视化集成开发环境为平台,设计了一套柴油机SCR系统机外故障诊断软件。诊断软件采用模块化结构和CAN总线技术,其中数据分析模块解析了J1939报文到CAN扩展帧的映射机制;数据库模块由MFCODBC技术实现对Access数据库的管理。对故障诊断软件进行实机调试并设置故障处理验证软件功能,结果表明软件运行可靠,故障获取准确,为进一步研究柴油机SCR系统故障诊断提供了一种新思路。

For the fault diagnosis function of SCR system on electronic control diesel engine ,the diagnosis mechanism was re-searched ,the monitoring parameters were analyzed and the selected characteristic values were classified .Based on the develop-ment environment of Visual C+ + 6 .0 ,a set of fault diagnosis software outside SCR system was designed .The diagnostic software adopted modular structure and CAN bus technology ,wherein data analysis module solved mapping mechanism of J1939 message to CAN extended frame and database module managed Access database by MFC ODBC technology .The actual debugging of fault diagnosis software and the processing of set fault showed the reliable diagnosis and the precise fault location , which offered a new idea for the design of diesel engine SCR system fault diagnosis .
