This paper analyzes the disadvantages of cold-drawing process or cold rolling process for the production of high precision and small diameter high-pressure seamless steel tube .A novel process is developed to manufacture high precision and small diameter high-pressure seamless steel pipe by combining the cold drawing and cold rolling process ,and the satisfactory results are achieved .
