In this paper ,the technical difficulty of tiny hole processing was analyzed ,and the commonly used processing methods of tiny holes as well as their advantages and disadvantages were reviewed .In addition ,a new theory of processing tiny holes in hard cutting materials was explored ,and the structure design of grinding tool based on this theory was conducted .
