针对石油工业用钢管高压水压试验机车体关键部位依据传统经验设计造成车体笨重、材料浪费、造价昂贵等缺点,结合现代有限元分析技术,通过对车体关键部位的优化,得到了性能更加优良的结构,有效地提高了车体的刚度和强度,减轻了自身重量,降低了造价,提高了设备的灵活性和控制精度。
針對石油工業用鋼管高壓水壓試驗機車體關鍵部位依據傳統經驗設計造成車體笨重、材料浪費、造價昂貴等缺點,結閤現代有限元分析技術,通過對車體關鍵部位的優化,得到瞭性能更加優良的結構,有效地提高瞭車體的剛度和彊度,減輕瞭自身重量,降低瞭造價,提高瞭設備的靈活性和控製精度。

The traditional high-pressure hydraulic tester for steel tube in petroleum industry is designed mainly according to the traditional experience ,which causes bulky body ,high cost and so on .With the modern finite element analysis technology ,the bodywork is optimized and new structure is obtained .The stiffness and strength of new bodywork are improved .Its weight ,cost , flexibility and control accuracy become better .
