对某新开发车型排气系统的消声特性进行研究,应用三维数值方法对消声器的传递损失进行预测,并建立此消声器所匹配发动机的燃烧模型,以发动机不同工况下消声器入口处的气流温度、速度作为影响因素,对发动机影响下消声器实际传递损失进行分析,更准确地预测消声器实际工作时的消声性能。
對某新開髮車型排氣繫統的消聲特性進行研究,應用三維數值方法對消聲器的傳遞損失進行預測,併建立此消聲器所匹配髮動機的燃燒模型,以髮動機不同工況下消聲器入口處的氣流溫度、速度作為影響因素,對髮動機影響下消聲器實際傳遞損失進行分析,更準確地預測消聲器實際工作時的消聲性能。

In this paper ,the performance of muffler in a new exhaust system was studied ,the transmission losses of muffler were predicted by three-dimensional numerical method ,and the combustion model of the muffler matched engine was established .The temperature and speed of the airflow at the muffler entrance in different conditions were calculated ,the change of actual transmission losses of muffler under the impact of engine was analyzed ,the actual performance of muffler was predicted more accurately .
