水压试验是检验核电厂各类泵制造质量和性能的至关重要的指标之一。工程实践表明,国内外核级泵制造厂家在开展水压试验活动时,在试验规程文件质量、试验安全、试验操作、结果判别等方面存在问题。本文结合长期从事核级泵水压试验活动质量监督工作的经验,通过总结和比较国内外制造厂家的各类问题,分析问题的根本原因所在,提出了避免或减少问题的方式和措施。

Hydrostatic Test is one of the key indicators to inspect the quality and functionality of various types of pumps from the nuclear power plants. Engineering practice shows that problems exist in the document quality of testing regulations, testing security, testing operations, and results discrimination during the domestic and overseas nuclear pump hydrostatic test. With years’ expe-riences engaged in nuclear pump hydrostatic test activities, the author compared and summarized types of problems made by the domestic and overseas manufacturers, analyzed the root causes, and proposed methods to avoid or minimize the problems.
