有一种弹载离心开关可以让弹载控制系统感知并确认旋转弹丸飞出炮口后是否已处于外弹道飞行阶段,通过数值计算与ANSYS有限元仿真相结合的方法分析了这种弹载离心开关的可行性与准确性。结果表明:当金属丝的直径不变时,金属丝与金属板的间距与转速的平方成正比;通过调节该装置中金属丝与金属板的间距,可以得到任一转速的值,使两者成对应关系;当计算出的金属丝的最大应力值在铍青铜的许用应力范围内时该装置具有很好的可行性与准确性。

Centrifugal switch used on shell can make the control system of missile-borne perceive and confirm that the projectile is in the outer ballistic flight phase after the rotating projectile flying out of muzzle. By the method of numerical calculation and ANSYS finite element simulation,the feasibility and accuracy of this centrifugal switch used on shell were analyzed. The results show that when the diameter of wire is constant,the distance between metal wire and metal plate is proportional to the square of speed;through controlling the distance between metal wire and metal plate,the value of speed can be adjusted to make the two into corresponding relation;this equipment is feasible and accurate when the calculated maximum stress of wire is in the range of allowable stress of beryllium copper alloy.
