采用有限元数值模拟仿真技术研究液力挤压过程中模具定径尺寸,并与实测结果相比较。结果表明:数值模拟仿真计算结果和实测结果相一致,即随着挤压比的增大,制品直径回弹量也随之增大;当制品直径尺寸精度要求大于5道时,模具设计中定径尺寸的回弹量可忽略。
採用有限元數值模擬倣真技術研究液力擠壓過程中模具定徑呎吋,併與實測結果相比較。結果錶明:數值模擬倣真計算結果和實測結果相一緻,即隨著擠壓比的增大,製品直徑迴彈量也隨之增大;噹製品直徑呎吋精度要求大于5道時,模具設計中定徑呎吋的迴彈量可忽略。

The finite element numerical simulation technique was used to study the mould sizing dimension in the process of hydraulic extrusion,and the calculated results were compared with that of experimental results. The results show that the numerical simulated values are identical with experimental values. The springback values increase with the increase of extrusion ratio. The springback values of sizing dimension in die design can be disregarded if diameter dimensional accuracy of products is more than 0.01 mm.
