为提高高强铝合金钨极氩弧焊的效率,以LD10铝合金为实验板件,将粉煤灰作为活性剂涂敷在试件表面,采用TIG方式进行焊接。研究粉煤灰作为活性剂对焊缝形貌、微观组织和接头显微硬度的影响。结果表明:活性剂的涂敷均会使焊缝熔宽增加、熔深加大,添加粉煤灰活性剂焊件的焊缝硬度和过时效软化区的硬度高于常规焊接件。
為提高高彊鋁閤金鎢極氬弧銲的效率,以LD10鋁閤金為實驗闆件,將粉煤灰作為活性劑塗敷在試件錶麵,採用TIG方式進行銲接。研究粉煤灰作為活性劑對銲縫形貌、微觀組織和接頭顯微硬度的影響。結果錶明:活性劑的塗敷均會使銲縫鎔寬增加、鎔深加大,添加粉煤灰活性劑銲件的銲縫硬度和過時效軟化區的硬度高于常規銲接件。

The active flux of fly ash was utilized to increase the TIG welding efficiency of high strength aluminum. The effect of active flux on the appearance,microstructure and microhardness of joint was studied by metallographic observation and hardness test. The experiment results show that the weld width and depth are increased,and the hardness of welded bead and HAZ with fly ash as active flux is higher than that without active flux.
