研究了功率超声作用下的纳米TiN颗粒熔体处理对A356合金微观组织的影响。结果表明:由于纳米TiN与A356合金熔体不润湿,单独加入纳米TiN,合金枝晶减少、初始晶粒细化,而共晶Si相的形貌变化不明显;向熔体中加入纳米TiN后进行功率超声处理,不但合金的初始晶粒细化、枝晶减少,而且共晶Si由长针状转变为短棒状。
研究瞭功率超聲作用下的納米TiN顆粒鎔體處理對A356閤金微觀組織的影響。結果錶明:由于納米TiN與A356閤金鎔體不潤濕,單獨加入納米TiN,閤金枝晶減少、初始晶粒細化,而共晶Si相的形貌變化不明顯;嚮鎔體中加入納米TiN後進行功率超聲處理,不但閤金的初始晶粒細化、枝晶減少,而且共晶Si由長針狀轉變為短棒狀。
연구료공솔초성작용하적납미TiN과립용체처리대A356합금미관조직적영향。결과표명:유우납미TiN여A356합금용체불윤습,단독가입납미TiN,합금지정감소、초시정립세화,이공정Si상적형모변화불명현;향용체중가입납미TiN후진행공솔초성처리,불단합금적초시정립세화、지정감소,이차공정Si유장침상전변위단봉상。
Power ultrasonic vibration and nano-TiN particles were used to modify the microstructure of A356 alloy,and the effect was investigated. The results show that without ultrasonic treatment,the addition of nano-TiN refines primary aluminum, however,it has no effect on eutectic silicon phase. After ultrasonic treatment,both primary aluminum and eutectic silicon are significantly refined,and the needle-like eutectic silicon turns into rod-like during solidification process.
