采用柠檬酸络合法制备8YSZ粉体,通过测试发现该粉体常温至600℃的发射率呈现不断降低的规律。对所制备的8YSZ粉体进行高温热处理,结果表明,1400℃处理2 h的粉体发射率最低,在600℃下可降至0.288,可以选作为红外隐身涂层的颜料。通过EDS、XRD、SEM等表征手段,探讨分析了热处理影响8YSZ粉体发射率的机理。

8YSZ powder was prepared by the method of citric acid complexation. It is found that the emissivity of the powder de-creases continuously from room temperature to 600℃. The 8YSZ powder was treated at high temperature. The results show that the powder emissivity reduces to the lowest when heating at 1 400℃for 2 h,and can be reduced to 0.288 at 600℃,which can be chosen as pigment for infrared stealth coating. The effect mechanism of heat treatment on powder emissivity was analysed by EDS,XRD and SEM.
